EVENT OVERVIEW
— — —
We are excited to announce Arit Nsemo of Built In as our speaker for this event!

Cost of Ownership: How to Seamlessly Set Expectations for Customers. A key reason customers end up unhappy is linked to appropriate expectation setting. Sometimes, especially for products that require relatively high customer engagement, we shy away from sharing the correct expectations for fear of scaring off the customer pre-sale, or angering the customer post-sale. In this talk, Arit will walk through how to craft a strong and clear cost of ownership strategy (including how long it takes to do do things!) for your product and customers that sets everyone up for success.

Speaker: Arit Nsemo, Director of Customer Success, Built In
Arit Nsemo is a customer success leader with over 10 years of experience in customer success and relationship management working primarily with SaaS tech startups. Currently the Director of Customer Success at Built In, she’s previously built customer success teams in the EdTech, eCommerce, and content marketing space and has worked both locally in Chicago as well as throughout Europe. A deep believer that customer success doesn’t have to be stressful, she’s found that with a focus on clear expectations, empathy, and a deep commitment to adapting processes to actual customer needs (instead of the other way around), it’s all a lot easier than we think.
