Join Chicago’s Customer Success Community on Tuesday, March 15th for CuSP’s March networking event.
JOIN THE EVENT
Join us online for an evening of networking, chit-chat, and CS strategy sharing. With this event, CuSP is continuing to foster our community by bringing CS professionals together. We will have several rounds of networking with each round being followed by a share-out to the larger group. After breaking out into smaller groups to chat about our work lives and Customer Success topics, we’ll then take some time to get to know each other.

HERE’S THE PLAN
5:30 – 6:30 PM – Meet online via our group Zoom meeting. Welcome Icebreaker & Round Robin: Meet some cool folks with four 8-minute round robin discussions each followed by a 5-minute share-out to the larger group.
6:30 – 6:45 PM – Open discussion and break-out rooms by request. Exchange LinkedIn profiles or whatever you’d like to best stay in touch.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
- Prepare a brief intro and set your intention ahead of time. It doesn’t need to be overly complex or impressive -though we know you are! Write a few sentences about yourself, goals, and how to best reach you. Keep it close on whatever your method of choice is (e.g. paper, Evernote) and prepare yourself to have an unseemly amount of fun.
- Write it down. Have a notepad or doc open to take notes about topics you discuss and people you meet at the networking event.
- Be camera-ready! We want to see your beautiful faces and hear your smart thoughts, so please plan accordingly.
